while wondering though the void gecko notices a fine mist dissipate into his knife, however this is not the weirdest thing he has seen so far so he continues walking.

I begin to make the knife vibrate to try and get Gecko's attention. It slowly starts to cut through it sheath.

I turn in an ace fashion and decide that going upwards would be a good idea but I keep coming to dead ends so I roll my dice in frustration.

Well Shit I think to myself as one of the doors opens and fire 3 rounds of arrows into me (none in my knee).

gecko hears the faint sound of someone screaming, he quickly runs to the vague direction of the sound. after what seems like an hour he gives up and rolls again.

Gecko sees a somewhat evil looking insect on the ground, he steps on it and within seconds the bug is dead. he hears screams echo around him as he falls into a deeper part of the tower, at least this place has walls.

Somewhat detached from my body I decide that it is time to move on. My boddy still has the potion and sword on it so I go to find that jedi man. When I find him I go into a chair and jiggle it around a bit.

I fall with Gecko into the dungeon. But of course I cannot see anything. Knives don't have eyes.

Gecko finds his knife stuck in the ground, he pulls it out of the ground and puts it back into his broken sheathe. he looks around the new room and sees corpses and dismembered bodies. so. like any normal being. he moves on.

I decide to stop being a knife.And wonder how I can turn back to normal. I go into Gecko's hearing aid and talk to him.
"Gecko, I need you to find a way to bring people back to life."

Gecko. in blind panic of hearing a man talking to him in his ear knocks over near by chairs and plates. after a while he calms down and says "I know, I'll roll the die. maybe that will give us the answer".

Gecko then says "where should we go then".

I say
"The top of the tower, at least that way we can work our way down."

Then, in a flash we appear in a small attic room, he then wonders why the tower would need an attic. but they move on.

I tell him to rummage through all the objects in the attic for way to come back to life. I get him to roll his die for me.

Gecko finds a purple floating axe with a mouth and eyes. I take control of that.

as Gecko and a "purple floating axe with eyes" wonder down the spiral staircase he sees glimpses of that man in black, but he has learnt to keep calm and carry on. now is as good a time as any to roll the die.
